To fuel our ongoing digital transformation, we are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Master Data Lead to join our team. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the successful execution of our initiatives, driving the adoption of MDM practices, and improving processes to deliver high-quality data. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering value through data and is eager to contribute to our organization’s growth and success.
As our Master Data Lead, you will be part of a team consisting of 10 colleagues.

About you
We are looking for a senior profile with a high drive and curiosity to enable better Master Data Management and Master Data Quality.
You enjoy engaging with stakeholders and translate business needs into relevant master data deliverables. You are comfortable in working with requirements related to process & organization, systems & integrations and especially data quality.
You are good at planning and coordinating deliverables. Some you will manage and develop yourself; others will be co-created together with colleagues in the team.
You are used to incorporating many perspectives in your work, you consider the end-to-end impact and full data flow. It comes natural to you, to ask ‘why’.
You have a strong focus on impact and business value. If you have experience with how to connect data use cases with measurable business impact, it will be an advantage.
You have proficiency within Data Management and Data Governance. If you have experience within Master Data Management, it will also be an advantage.
You know your way around PowerBI and knows how to use it as input for dialogue on data quality.
You have worked with modern data management tools or MDM platforms.
You strive to work smarter by embracing digital opportunities whether it is using our own Falck GPT to support your work, automating data cleansing with robots, or improving data entries by applying data quality assurance practices.
You have large experience in working between business and IT. Maybe you have worked as a Data Manager, Senior Business Analyst, Project Manager or Business Partner.
The ideal candidate has domain knowledge across the entire value chain; commercial, operations, financial and group functions.
About us
The Data function is where data is turned into information in Falck. We are four different teams working with: Data & Analytics, Master Data, Strategic Automation and Power Platform & AI Services. In the entire function we are 90+ data specialists working in Copenhagen and Warsaw.
The Master Data Team is an international team with good energy and high spirits. We respect each other’s differences and spend a lot of lunches on discussing shared interests. We are an animal-loving team that can always be won over with good snacks and cake.
The team has existed for almost 3 years and has grown every year. We work in an agile way, using Azure DevOps, and we have a Master Data specialized Scrum Master. We are a strategic team that aims at enabling the business and group functions, through governance, data quality, standardization, and principles. The last year we have started on a more fact-based approach, by using Master Data Quality measurements as input for dialogues.
